Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Data Coordinator & Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. Responsibilities
- Data Management & Distribution: Extract data regularly from application databases, transform it as needed, and populate Google Sheets or Excel workbooks for distribution to relevant departments.
- Data Integrity: Perform data normalization, cleaning, and validation. Identify and fill missing fields, eliminate duplicates, and prepare datasets for bulk updates.
- User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and external writers experiencing technical issues with our applications, providing clear, step‑by‑step assistance.
- Custom Data Analysis: Respond to ad‑hoc data requests, build custom queries, and deliver insights that support decision‑making across marketing, finance, and product teams.
- Operational Data Audits: Conduct periodic audits of transactional data, reconcile inconsistencies, and ensure that relational integrity is maintained throughout the system.
- Mass Messaging (Blasting) Management: Prepare recipient lists and execute daily mass‑messaging campaigns that communicate manuscript progress and point allocations to writers.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Participate in regular application testing cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to verify that new features and bug fixes meet functional specifications.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to document processes, update SOPs, and share best practices.
- Work‑From‑Office (WFO): Attend the Yogyakarta office Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, fostering real‑time communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field); a bachelor’s degree is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data coordination, technical support, or database administration.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, QUERY functions, and data‑cleansing techniques.
- Fundamental understanding of relational databases and SQL (basic PL/SQL or SQL Server knowledge is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets and maintain high data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal users and external partners.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Experience with application testing, especially User Acceptance Testing (UAT), is considered a valuable asset.
