Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring each visitor feels welcome.
  • Assist shoppers in locating products, answering product‑related questions, and providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments, while maintaining strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain the visual presentation of the store by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring that displays are clean and attractive.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and help with stock replenishment to minimize out‑of‑stock situations.
  • Support loss‑prevention initiatives by monitoring the sales floor, identifying suspicious activity, and following company security protocols.
  • Participate in daily opening and closing duties, such as balancing registers, securing the premises, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
  • Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Utilize the store management system to update product information, process returns, and manage customer loyalty programs.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Age between 18 and 25 years.
  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
