Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Advisor – Sales & Business Development to join our automotive sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience for car buyers. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, balancing aggressive sales targets with a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into closed deals.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers interested in purchasing new or pre‑owned vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow‑up and proper documentation of each interaction.
  • Conduct professional negotiations, presenting financing options, trade‑in values, and promotional offers to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to schedule vehicle hand‑overs, ensuring all paperwork and customer expectations are met.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide quick, accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing, warranties, and after‑sales services via phone, chat, and email.
  • Prepare and manage sales administration documents, including contracts, invoices, and delivery checklists.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that generate high‑quality leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategic adjustments to sales approaches.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software (MS Office, email, chat platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional events.
  • Positive attitude, high integrity, and a passion for the automotive industry.
