Responsibilities
- Maintain and update transaction data, inventory records, and supplier invoices using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prepare simple yet accurate financial and operational reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to monitor stock levels, initiate re‑ordering processes, and verify deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the HR department with onboarding paperwork, employee documentation, and routine administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure that all filing systems—both digital and physical—are organized, up‑to‑date, and easily retrievable.
- Participate in shift rotations, providing continuous coverage for administrative operations from Monday through Saturday.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D3/D4 in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Age range: 18‑35 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Strong commitment to performing the five daily prayers, reflecting personal discipline and reliability.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, and capable of working effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Motivated to learn, with a clear intention to grow within the organization.
- Highly meticulous and organized in record‑keeping and data entry tasks.
- Proficient in basic Excel or Google Sheet functions (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
- Able to produce simple reports and present data in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in handling transaction data and inventory control is a plus.
- Preferred background in Administration or Accounting.
