Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing aesthetic procedures, including pre‑procedure assessments, post‑procedure monitoring, and follow‑up consultations.
- Assist physicians and senior aesthetic specialists with injections, laser treatments, and other minimally invasive procedures while maintaining strict aseptic techniques.
- Educate clients on post‑treatment care, skin maintenance, and lifestyle recommendations to optimize results and minimize complications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment plans, outcomes, and any adverse events in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensure the clinic’s treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized, stocked, and ready for use, adhering to health‑safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the beautician team to coordinate multi‑disciplinary treatment plans that address both medical and cosmetic goals.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and quality‑improvement initiatives to stay current with emerging aesthetic technologies and best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, managing appointments efficiently, and handling any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3/S1 degree in Nursing (Keperawatan) is highly preferred.
- Professional attitude reflected in appearance, punctuality, and conduct.
- Prior experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset and a results‑driven approach.
