Introduction
Aek Kanopan is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Verifikasi Marketing (MVO) to join our growing team in Purwokerto, Central Java. This role is pivotal in expanding our market footprint by building strong relationships with dealers and customers, promoting a portfolio of multi‑product solutions, and conducting thorough feasibility analyses. The ideal candidate is a proactive male professional under the age of 28, with at least one year of sales or marketing experience, a minimum D3/D4 education, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with third‑party dealers and end‑customers to ensure long‑term partnership and repeat business.
- Identify, present, and sell a range of multi‑product offerings, tailoring proposals to the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct comprehensive market and customer feasibility surveys, analysing data to determine the viability of new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and present findings to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns that support product launches and seasonal drives.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Utilise a personal motorcycle and valid SIM C to travel efficiently between dealer locations, client sites, and company offices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any major) – candidates with a S1 degree are highly preferred.
- Age: Maximum 28 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Core Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate customer data and market conditions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
- Dynamic, energetic, and highly communicative personality.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle and SIM C for field visits.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:30 to 17:30.
