Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Mobile to cover the Ponorogo‑Gresik corridor. This role is a front‑line position within our growing sales force, responsible for expanding market reach, building lasting relationships with retail partners, and driving revenue growth for our mobile product portfolio. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, representing the company’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while traveling across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new wholesale and retail customers within the Ponorogo–Gresik area.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and on‑site training sessions for distributors and end‑users.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue objectives.
- Participate in periodic training programs to stay updated on product features, industry regulations, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics sector.

- Key Skills:
- Active communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques.

- Proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus.
