Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile to join our growing team in the Wilayah Sambas region. This role is pivotal in driving mobile device sales through dealer networks, managing credit applications, and building lasting relationships with both dealers and end‑consumers. The successful candidate will act as the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring that sales targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service.
The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary aligned with the regional UMK, performance incentives, and comprehensive social security benefits.
Responsibilities
- Stand‑by at assigned dealer locations to actively promote and sell mobile devices, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Capture initial customer data, process credit applications, and coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely approval.
- Conduct on‑site consumer surveys when required, document findings, and input detailed reports into the CRM system.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular updates to both dealers and consumers to maintain transparency and trust.
- Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealer partners, acting as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, promotional activities, and after‑sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize local promotions, product launches, and demo events that drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends in the Sambas area, identify opportunities for growth, and propose strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and credit‑worthiness standards, including maintaining a clean SLIK record.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a focus on business or marketing.
- Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a motorcycle for local travel.
- Clean SLIK (credit) record.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to build rapport with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently while adhering to company standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software.
