Introduction
We are a rapidly expanding beauty business offering a One‑Stop Beauty Service that includes hair, nail, facial, brow, and other specialized treatments. To support the launch of a new branch in Kediri and its surrounding areas, we are seeking a dynamic Salon & Beauty Clinic Manager who will lead operations from the ground up, shape the customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the salon and clinic, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and safety.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of stylists, therapists, and front‑desk staff.
- Set and monitor sales targets, develop monthly and quarterly KPI dashboards, and implement corrective actions when performance dips.
- Design and execute upselling and repeat‑customer strategies, including loyalty programs, product bundles, and treatment packages.
- Manage inventory of cosmetics, equipment, and consumables, optimizing stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and community events that increase foot traffic.
- Maintain financial records, prepare budget forecasts, and report profitability to senior management.
- Resolve client complaints promptly, turning potential issues into opportunities for service recovery.
- Lead the pre‑opening phase: participate in training at existing locations, develop SOPs, and ensure the new branch is ready for a successful launch.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new beauty technologies, and regulatory compliance to keep the business competitive.
Requirements
- Female candidates, age 27‑40 years.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Hospitality, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven management experience in a salon, beauty clinic, or retail service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 10+ members and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of beauty‑industry workflows, including upselling, repeat‑customer retention, and the balance between treatment‑based and hair‑based services.
- Residency in Kediri or nearby regions and willingness to undergo initial training at an existing branch before the new opening.
- Proficiency in basic office software and salon management systems.
