Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Salesman – Exclusive Products – Rohto to join our fast‑growing distribution team. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for Rohto’s premium portfolio of pharmaceutical, consumer health, and medical device products, ensuring that our B2B customers receive exceptional service, timely deliveries, and accurate product information. The ideal candidate thrives in a target‑oriented environment, builds strong relationships with retailers and key accounts, and is eager to contribute to the company’s market expansion in a highly competitive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, as well as billing (remisa) goals, in line with company performance standards.
  • Execute a structured call plan by visiting assigned customers (pharmacies, drugstores, clinics, and health‑care outlets) on schedule, and follow up on orders received via B2B platforms, web portals, and email.
  • Monitor stock levels at each outlet, proactively prevent stock‑outs, and coordinate with the logistics team to replenish inventory promptly.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers and the Rohto principal, acting as a trusted advisor on product benefits, usage instructions, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily sales activity reports, including visit summaries, order confirmations, and any issues encountered in the field.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management to execute in‑store promotions, product launches, and training sessions for retail staff.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling complementary Rohto products.
  • Provide timely feedback to the head office on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in distribution sales within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device sectors.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills with a clear focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using digital sales tools (B2B portals, email, CRM systems) and basic data analysis for sales reporting.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to client sites.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
