- Perform colour grading and colour correction to achieve consistent visual tone and mood across all deliverables.

- Maintain organized project files, media assets, and version control using industry‑standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior editors and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on emerging editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends to keep the studio’s output fresh and competitive.
- Prepare and export final assets in multiple formats (e.g., broadcast‑grade, web‑ready, mobile‑optimized) while adhering to strict delivery deadlines.
- Assist in pre‑production meetings, offering creative input on shot lists, storyboards, and visual concepts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
