Introduction

The role of Sales Officer – Wilayah Pacitan, Jawa Timur is a pivotal position within our dynamic sales organization. Based in the vibrant region of Pacitan, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by promoting a diverse portfolio of company products to both existing and new customers. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where proactive outreach, relationship building, and strong negotiation skills directly impact the company’s growth and revenue objectives. The work schedule follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday routine, with daily hours from 08:00 to 16:00, providing a balanced yet energetic workday.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and present the company’s product range to existing customers and prospect new clients across the Pacitan region.
  • Generate sales orders through the designated distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare, complete, and submit credit applications, coordinating closely with finance and underwriting teams to expedite approval processes.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and clear decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, ensuring customers understand all financial obligations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback and suggest product enhancements.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Travel within the assigned territory using personal transportation, adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a valid SIM A/C.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (associate degree) in any discipline; SMA/SMK or equivalent is acceptable for entry‑level candidates.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years old; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer‑service experience is preferred, though strong motivation and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in all professional dealings.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing sales targets, market conditions, and customer needs.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid, active SIM A/C for travel within the assigned territory.
  • Flexibility to work from the candidate’s domicile, ensuring coverage of the entire Pacitan region.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple credit applications and follow‑up tasks simultaneously.
