Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product knowledge to enhance sales.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including regular sanitation of equipment and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports using the store management system.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and coordinate with the back‑of‑house team to minimize waste.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer balancing, equipment checks, and security protocols.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve service speed targets and uphold brand standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and safety procedures.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business demands.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 20 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residency: Must live in Jember or nearby districts.
- Experience: Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred, but fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Core attributes: Honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with store management systems and basic cash handling.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and ability to work under pressure.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
