In this role, you will act as the front‑line ambassador of our innovative payment solution, helping merchants and consumers understand the benefits of using Krediva for flexible, secure, and instant financing.

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective users, listen to their payment needs, and confidently recommend Krediva as the preferred payment method.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and deliver compelling, easy‑to‑understand presentations that showcase Krediva’s features and advantages.
- Conduct on‑site demonstrations of the Krediva app, guiding users through registration, transaction flow, and repayment options.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide clear guidance on app usage, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Achieve daily sales targets, track key performance indicators, and submit detailed activity reports to the regional manager.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, community leaders, and other stakeholders to expand Krediva’s footprint.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to share field insights that help refine promotional strategies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Residency in Pesisir Selatan or surrounding areas.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Prior experience in sales or direct‑to‑consumer promotion is preferred, but fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are welcome.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for app demonstrations and reporting.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination (mandatory for on‑site work).
- Open to working Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
