Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tim Produksi – Pengelolaan Proses dan Kualitas to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is focused on overseeing daily food‑production activities, ensuring that every dish meets our rigorous quality standards, and maintaining smooth operational flow from ingredient receipt to final plating. The successful candidate will work closely with chefs, inventory staff, and delivery personnel to guarantee that our customers receive consistently excellent meals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control all stages of the cooking process to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, semi‑finished products, and finished dishes, documenting any deviations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure timely replenishment of ingredients.
- Maintain production schedules for both morning (04:30‑11:00) and evening (15:00‑21:00) shifts, adjusting workloads to meet peak demand periods.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, equipment handling, and quality‑control protocols.
- Implement and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cooking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare daily production reports, including yield calculations, waste analysis, and suggestions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that align with customer preferences and cost targets.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is serviced regularly and report any malfunction promptly.
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment that encourages open communication and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Maximum age: 40 years
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hands‑on kitchen experience, preferably in a high‑volume production setting.
- Own reliable transportation and a personal mobile phone for quick communication.
- Residence preferably near Parak Laweh to ensure punctuality.
- Strong cooking skills (Keterampilan Memasak) with a solid understanding of food safety standards.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, covering both morning and evening shifts as outlined.
