Introduction

We are seeking energetic and customer‑focused Sales Promotors to join our growing team. As a Sales Promotor, you will be the front‑line ambassador of Kredivo, helping merchants and end‑users understand the benefits of our flexible payment solution while driving adoption across retail, e‑commerce, and service outlets.

This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing users to understand their payment needs and recommend Kredivo as a convenient financing option.
  • Continuously deepen product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, promotions, and compliance requirements, and communicate this information in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and presentations for merchants, showcasing how Kredivo integrates with point‑of‑sale systems and online checkout flows.
  • Follow up on user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide step‑by‑step guidance on app usage, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing transactions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate activity reports, sales metrics, and market feedback to the regional manager.
  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants, local business associations, and other stakeholders to foster long‑term partnerships.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points, and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to Kredivo’s compliance standards, including data privacy, anti‑fraud measures, and responsible lending guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Residency in Konawe or surrounding areas with reliable local knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Android smartphones and familiarity with mobile apps and digital payment tools.
  • First dose of COVID‑19 vaccination (or higher) to ensure workplace safety.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a knack for turning objections into opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work standard business hours (08:00‑17:00) and occasional weekend events as required.
