Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention efforts in the fast‑growing ISP and Wi‑Fi services sector. This role is pivotal for expanding our footprint in residential areas, driving revenue through direct sales, and ensuring an exceptional experience for new and existing subscribers. The successful candidate will operate in a high‑energy, door‑to‑door environment, manage a small team of field agents, and collaborate closely with operations and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure at least 15 new home connections per month by conducting targeted door‑to‑door canvassing and leveraging local community networks.
  • Provide end‑to‑end support for customer billing inquiries and coordinate device installations and removals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Maintain a high Paid Sales Rate by monitoring payment schedules, issuing reminders, and working with finance to resolve overdue accounts promptly.
  • Reduce churn by guaranteeing that no customer discontinues service within the first three months, using proactive follow‑ups and satisfaction checks.
  • Execute offline promotional activities such as distributing flyers, setting up banners, and organizing local events to boost brand visibility.
  • Drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives, encouraging existing customers to upgrade to higher‑speed packages or add complementary services.
  • Track and report weekly sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes honesty, discipline, and accountability.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of the coverage map for Wi‑Fi/ISP services, using this insight to prioritize high‑potential neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the ISP, Wi‑Fi, or telecommunications industry.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform direct selling and door‑to‑door canvassing effectively.
  • Strong understanding of local residential areas and the ability to map coverage zones – a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with community leaders and housing complexes.
  • Highly disciplined, honest, and responsible with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Own transportation and a valid driver’s license (SIM C) are preferred.
  • Existing relationships with community groups or residential associations are considered a valuable asset.
