Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive content strategies that support brand objectives, increase audience engagement, and drive conversion across digital, print, and social channels.

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end content creation process, including briefing, editing, and quality assurance for articles, videos, infographics, podcasts, and social media posts.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age range: 24‑50 years.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in content strategy, creation, or editorial roles within a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • High degree of honesty, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
  • Resilience under pressure; capable of delivering quality work within demanding timelines.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design software.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and audience relevance.
