We are seeking a motivated and energetic Crew Store Kediri – Penjualan dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing outlet in Kediri. The successful candidate will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional service to walk‑in customers and handling online orders via platforms such as GoJek, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers who visit the outlet, ensuring a friendly and efficient checkout experience.
- Process orders received through online delivery apps (GoJek, GrabFood, ShopeeFood), confirming details and preparing items for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, operate POS systems, and issue receipts in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and packaging of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and basic supplies, reporting shortages to the Captain Outlet.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards, including regular sanitization of work surfaces and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the outlet manager when necessary.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback on sales trends, and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as product upselling, loyalty program enrollment, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the outlet’s operational needs).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills: Strong adaptability, basic sales support, attention to store security, and effective communication.
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week with one day off, flexible shifts:
- Morning Shift – 09:45 – 17:45
- Afternoon Shift – 13:30 – 21:30
- Overall operating hours – 08:00 – 22:00, Monday through Sunday.
Schedules can be discussed with the Captain Outlet to accommodate personal needs.
- Physical Requirement: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 10 kg) for packaging tasks.
