Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, repeat them back for confirmation, and input them into the POS system efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, addressing any special dietary requests or allergies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables, polishing glassware, and ensuring all condiments are stocked.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns and escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash registers with integrity and accuracy.
- Participate in daily briefings and pre‑service checks to stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and any operational updates.
- Uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and hygiene, reflecting Hakui Kopi’s brand image.
- Assist in occasional opening and closing duties, such as arranging tables, restocking supplies, and performing light cleaning tasks.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, including coffee brewing methods, signature drinks, and seasonal menu items, to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger; both male and female applicants are welcome.
- No prior experience required; enthusiastic beginners with a passion for service are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent grooming standards and a presentable appearance.
- Strong orientation toward hospitality and service excellence.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and non‑verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus, but a willingness to learn and improve is essential.
