Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Team Leader – Electronics to join our growing operations in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, coaching a team of promotors, and ensuring the successful execution of in‑store and outdoor marketing initiatives across our dealer network. Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate daily sales activities of promotor teams (SPM/G), ensuring compliance with company standards and sales targets.
- Compile and analyze selling‑out data from dealer branches, preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
- Calculate and verify incentive payouts for promotors based on performance metrics and established bonus structures.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve product knowledge training programs for new and existing team members.
- Coordinate and support a variety of selling‑out events, including in‑store promotions, indoor/outdoor exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and merchandising departments to align promotional activities with brand messaging and product launches.
- Utilize MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations that drive strategic decision‑making.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to propose actionable recommendations for sales growth.
- Foster a culture of high loyalty, continuous learning, and teamwork within the promotors group.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed during events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Team Leader, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insightful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and coaching a diverse team.
- High level of loyalty, integrity, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
