Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment solutions at partner retail outlets, ensuring customers understand the benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate the Home Credit mobile app, guide users through the application process, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Engage with potential borrowers on social media platforms, creating compelling content that highlights financing options, special offers, and success stories.
- Provide attentive, friendly service throughout the entire payment cycle, from initial inquiry to post‑sale follow‑up, fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally branded workspace that reflects Home Credit’s image of trust and reliability.
- Collect and report daily sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional sales manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and effective sales techniques.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior sales or retail experience are preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer‑facing role.

- Well‑groomed appearance with a professional attitude that instills confidence in customers.

- Ability to work flexible hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events.
