Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Brand ACC HP – Penjualan dalam Kota to join our fast‑growing team in Palembang. This role focuses on expanding the market presence of our mobile phone accessories, building strong relationships with partner outlets, and driving sales growth across the city. The ideal candidate is a motivated male professional aged 24‑35, with a solid understanding of the local market, a valid motorbike and driving licence, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly visits to existing partner counters to maintain product visibility and ensure optimal shelf placement.
- Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with shop owners and sales staff, acting as the primary point of contact for all product‑related inquiries.
- Deliver compelling product education and promotional presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our latest HP accessories.
- Identify and secure new retail outlets, expanding the distribution network and increasing market penetration within Palembang.
- Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to the regional manager.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, merchandising initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collect competitor intelligence, including pricing, product launches, and promotional tactics, and relay findings to the product development team.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels at partner locations and assist in order processing to avoid stock‑outs.
- Provide post‑sale support, handling any customer complaints or issues swiftly to preserve brand reputation.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged between 24 and 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle licence).
- Deep knowledge of the Palembang city area and existing retail landscape.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent adaptability and quick learning ability to keep up with fast‑changing product lines.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Not currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in any academic program during employment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
