Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective retail customers through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking events.
- Conduct in‑depth needs analyses to recommend appropriate product solutions, upsell, and cross‑sell where relevant.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast monthly and quarterly targets, and report progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and inventory teams to ensure product availability and promotional alignment.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations both in‑store and during client visits.
- Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and close sales while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and company events to continuously enhance sales skills.
- Uphold the company’s dress code and professional appearance, including a non‑hijab attire during working hours as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Gender: Female, with a maximum age of 35 years.
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in retail or B2C sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personal presentation, good attitude, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Comfortable working in a non‑hijab dress code during office hours.
- Proficiency in sales coordination, marketing concepts, creativity, quality control, content creation, and overall sales management.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
