Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Spesialis Administrasi Penjualan to join our fast‑growing sales support team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the sales operation, ensuring that every order, invoice, and shipment is processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end sales administration, including order entry, invoice generation, and maintenance of all related documentation.
  • Enter and reconcile inventory data, returns, and stock adjustments in the Accurate ERP system with a focus on data integrity.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to verify shipment schedules, track delivery status, and resolve any logistical discrepancies.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team, preparing sales quotations, updating price lists, and handling customer inquiries that involve paperwork.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, perform basic data analysis, and present findings to the Sales Leader for strategic decision‑making.
  • Assist in preparing performance dashboards that highlight key metrics such as order fulfillment rates, return ratios, and revenue trends.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of contracts, purchase orders, and compliance documents.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements by suggesting automation opportunities within Accurate and Microsoft Excel.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and internal controls to safeguard financial and operational data.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, order processing, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency with Accurate accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of distribution, logistics, or supply‑chain operations is highly desirable.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
