We are seeking a dynamic Sales Langsung to join our expanding team at the Tangerang branch of BCA Finance. This front‑line sales position plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and expanding the reach of our financial products across the region. The ideal candidate will be motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to the highest standards of data privacy and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market BCA Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to individuals and small‑medium enterprises.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and expanding the existing network of partners.
- Conduct thorough eligibility analyses using consumer data to determine creditworthiness and product suitability.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines in accordance with internal CRM guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers, underwriting teams, and external partners to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional sales director.
- Provide excellent post‑sale service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Uphold BCA Finance’s compliance standards, especially the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022), ensuring all customer information is handled securely.
- Represent the company at community events, financial fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 from any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and assess consumer eligibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with diverse client bases.
- Residency in Tangerang or surrounding areas and willingness to work at the Tangerang branch.

- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Commitment to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and related regulations.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30, with occasional after‑hours client meetings if required.
