Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Legal & Industrial Relations Manager to join our growing team. This full‑time position operates Monday through Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and is open to qualified female candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law. The successful applicant will act as the primary legal advisor, ensuring corporate compliance, managing contractual documentation, and fostering harmonious industrial relations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and continuously monitor all legal documents, including agreements, contracts, corporate resolutions, and other regulatory paperwork.
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice to senior management on operational, strategic, and compliance matters.
- Ensure the company’s activities remain fully compliant with all applicable national laws and regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance of the company’s legal repository and manage all licensing processes (e.g., OSS, LKPM, WLKP, PMSE, corporate deeds, and other permits).
- Track updates to labor, corporate, and industry‑specific regulations, recommending necessary adjustments to internal policies.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
- Promote and sustain a healthy industrial relations environment, mediating disputes and supporting collective bargaining processes when required.
- Handle industrial relations issues and disputes, conducting investigations, negotiations, and resolution strategies.
- Prepare and safeguard comprehensive compliance documentation and periodic reports for internal audit and external regulator review.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—HR, Finance, Operations—to align legal strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in legal affairs, industrial relations, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, corporate legislation, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Advocate license (PERADI) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in contract drafting, legal risk analysis, case assessment, and preparation of legal reports.
