Responsibilities
- Customer Hunting (Canvassing): Walk through residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and office complexes to identify prospects and present MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic solutions.
- Product Influencing: Clearly communicate the benefits, speed, and pricing packages of our internet services using engaging storytelling techniques that keep prospects interested.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas. Leverage upselling opportunities to increase average revenue per user and boost your commission.
- Relationship Building: Develop a “Circle of Trust” with each client, providing post‑sale support, troubleshooting, and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Record all sales activities, monitor competitor promotions, and feed actionable insights back to the marketing and product teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales executives, marketing coordinators, and technical support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Learning: Attend regular training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.

- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply.
