Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Handle cash registers, process transactions accurately, and maintain accountability for daily cash flow.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelving, displays, and the back‑room area.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards, ensuring hygiene and quality.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support promotional activities, set up merchandising displays, and ensure price tags are correct.
- Adhere to safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies, including dress code and personal appearance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service techniques, and company initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are core to our culture.
- Physical fitness: able to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and maintain a healthy physique and mental outlook.
- Proportional body posture suitable for a retail environment.
- Adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings that conflict with the company’s appearance standards.
- Willingness to be assigned to any store location based on operational needs.
- Basic food and beverage service skills; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliability to work the scheduled shift: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
