Introduction
PT SPG Adira is a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, specializing in secured cash‑loan products backed by motorbike or car titles (BPKB). We are expanding our sales force in the Kubu Raya region and are looking for motivated, communicative women to join our team as Penjualan dan Promosi. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with customers, leverage digital marketing channels, and contribute to the growth of our loan portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell financing products, specifically cash‑advance loans secured by BPKB motor or mobil, to both new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct outbound calls and face‑to‑face visits to follow up with prospects, answer product queries, and guide them through the application process.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers, track conversion rates, and report daily activity to the sales supervisor.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business by reaching out to previous borrowers, offering refinancing options or additional loan products that match their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to ensure submitted applications meet underwriting standards and documentation requirements.
- Attend weekly training sessions and product briefings to stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, interest rate adjustments, and new promotional offers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints promptly and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately and timely.
- Participate in community outreach events and local fairs to increase brand visibility and educate the public about responsible borrowing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex financing terms in simple language.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Fast adaptability to changing market conditions and willingness to work independently as well as within a team.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
