We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Pengawasan Produksi dan Kualitas to join our fast‑growing food & beverage (F&B) division located in Bogor. This pivotal role oversees daily outlet operations, ensures the highest standards of food quality and service, and drives team performance in a vibrant café and restaurant environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with at least two years of supervisory experience in the F&B sector, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operational activities of the outlet, guaranteeing smooth service flow from opening to closing.
- Monitor and control food quality, presentation, and service standards to meet brand guidelines.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of 10‑20 staff members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work atmosphere.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Prepare and analyze basic reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and food cost ratios.
- Maintain accurate inventory control, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the procurement department to prevent shortages or waste.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, food cost percentages, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions when needed.
- Participate in shift scheduling, including weekend and national holiday coverage, to guarantee consistent staffing levels.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 23‑35 years (female candidates preferred as per company policy).
- Gender: Female (per the specific requirement of this posting).
- Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 10‑20 members.
