Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Representative (SPG) to join our fast‑growing team as the face of a leading baby product brand in Banjarbaru. As an SPG, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening brand visibility, driving sales, and fostering lasting relationships with both retailers and end‑consumers across the Jabodetabek area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sampling sessions at supermarkets, baby stores, and pharmacies.
- Maintain attractive and fully stocked product displays, ensuring proper placement according to planograms.
- Actively promote product features, benefits, and usage tips to parents and caregivers, highlighting safety and developmental advantages.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers, shelf‑stackers, and key decision‑makers to secure optimal shelf space.
- Track daily sales performance, collect market intelligence, and report insights to the regional sales manager.
- Handle promotional materials, POS (point‑of‑sale) assets, and ensure they are used effectively.
- Assist in inventory checks, identifying stock shortages and coordinating replenishment orders.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Represent the brand professionally, adhering to company dress code, grooming standards, and ethical sales practices.
- Work flexible hours, covering the schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00, and attend occasional weekend events or trade shows.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Female (mandatory as per client specification).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably in FMCG and baby product categories.
- Resident of the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey product benefits clearly.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities, demonstrated through previous sales achievements.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting (e.g., Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp for daily updates).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend periodic training sessions.
