- Process payments using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts while maintaining financial accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring a tidy presentation.
- Monitor inventory of table linens, condiments, and service supplies, reporting shortages to management.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving by addressing guest concerns swiftly and escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑30 years old; candidates must be unmarried.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a restaurant or similar food‑service environment.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is highly preferred to facilitate reliable punctuality.
- Strong initiative and self‑motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and ability to operate a point‑of‑sale system.
