Responsibilities
- Develop original illustrations for helmet graphics (frafis) and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
- Conceptualize and execute complete design systems, including colorways, liveries, and repeat patterns for both helmets and apparel.
- Create a library of reusable graphic assets that support marketing, product launches, and social media initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator on a daily basis to refine artwork, adjust layouts, and ensure production‑ready files.
- Leverage drawing tablets to produce hand‑drawn illustrations that maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with product engineers, marketing specialists, and the art direction team to align visual concepts with technical specifications and market trends.
- Prepare detailed specifications and style guides for manufacturers, ensuring color accuracy and print quality.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in motorsport graphics, streetwear, and digital illustration to continuously inject fresh ideas into the brand.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviews.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or a related field is preferred.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all gender identities.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, or a related discipline; recent graduates with strong portfolios are also welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW.
- Basic knowledge of 2D animation or motion graphics is a plus.
- Experience using a drawing pad or tablet for free‑hand illustration.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of color theory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
