Introduction

The successful candidate will act as the face of Polytron in retail outlets, bridging the gap between the corporate marketing team and the end‑consumer.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned stores by proactively engaging customers and closing sales.
- Implement corporate promotional campaigns on‑site, ensuring that all marketing materials, price tags, and product displays are correctly positioned and maintained.
- Develop deep product knowledge, including technical specifications, key differentiators, and warranty terms, to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive, shelves are stocked, and the sales floor is clean in accordance with Polytron SOPs.
- Build strong relationships with store managers, retail staff, and key decision‑makers to facilitate smooth operations and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, attendance logs, and inventory updates, forwarding them to the regional sales supervisor.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback that can inform future promotional strategies.
- Handle customer complaints or product issues with professionalism, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and product launches to stay current with new releases and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: not older than 35 years.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or fast‑moving consumer goods.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and negotiate with diverse customers.
- Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene; the role represents the brand’s image.
- Resilience under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory management.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate effectively with both store personnel and internal Polytron teams.
