We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Promotion Girls/Boys (SPG/SPB) to join our dynamic team at Lippo Plaza Jember. Responsibilities
- Conduct direct selling activities by approaching customers, presenting product features, and closing sales with a consultative approach.
- Monitor and manage product inventory on the sales floor, performing regular stock counts and ensuring minimal shrinkage.
- Analyze foot traffic and purchasing trends to recommend merchandise assortments that align with consumer preferences.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports, including key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and stock turnover.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area, adhering to brand guidelines for merchandising and display standards.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow team members to plan promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, handling returns, and ensuring satisfaction to foster repeat business.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and health‑and‑safety protocols.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including two‑shift rotations and occasional long‑shift coverage as operational demands require.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3 or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, retail, or customer service.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
- Residence in or near Jember, preferably within easy commuting distance to Lippo Plaza.
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and able to simplify complex product information.
- Professional demeanor with attractive body language and a polished appearance.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle performance metrics.
- Honesty, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward minimizing product loss.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday to Sunday, 09:00‑17:00, with potential shift variations.
