Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels, documents, and other shipments from the company warehouse or designated pick‑up points.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using maps, GPS, or company routing software.
- Ensure each item is handled with care, confirming that packages remain intact and undamaged during transit.
- Collect signatures or digital confirmations from recipients to verify successful deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and any incidents, reporting them promptly to the dispatch supervisor.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall motorbike condition to guarantee safe operation.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery windows, delays, or special instructions.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards at all times.
- Participate in a one‑month comprehensive training program covering route planning, customer service etiquette, and handling of hazardous or fragile items.
- Assist with occasional on‑site support for promotional events or urgent same‑day deliveries as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driving license.
- Own a standard motorbike that meets company safety standards.
- Strong communication skills; able to interact courteously with customers and team members.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and responsible in handling shipments.
- Willingness to undergo a one‑month training period to master company procedures.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of packages of varying weights.
