Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Frontliner Customer Service Staff to join our growing team in Magetan and its surrounding areas. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates or individuals with a passion for providing exceptional service through both traditional and digital channels. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their perception of the brand, handling inquiries, and delivering timely solutions with a friendly and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and through social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and feedback while maintaining a courteous and empathetic tone.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records for follow‑up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to relay customer insights that can improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media channels, creating engaging content and responding to comments or direct messages.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as response time, satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Support special events and promotional activities as required, providing on‑site assistance and customer guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 28 years old.
  • Gender: Female (preference as stated, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative, confident, and proactive in problem‑solving.
  • Active presence on major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and comfortable using them for customer engagement.
  • Residency in Magetan or surrounding districts.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work the schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
