As part of the Collections team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the execution of overdue A/R collection activities, ensuring that all payments are pursued and received in a timely manner.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for debt recovery, presenting payment plans, and negotiating settlement terms.
- Collaborate closely with branch offices to support the handling of problematic partners, providing data and insights that help resolve delinquent accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by the company, consistently reporting progress to senior management.
- Initiate and coordinate the repossession of assets belonging to customers with persistent payment defaults, following legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities, including call logs, visit reports, and payment confirmations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about evolving credit policies, negotiation techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Provide feedback to the credit underwriting team regarding common reasons for delinquency, helping to improve future risk assessment processes.
Requirements
- Open to candidates of all educational backgrounds; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Minimum age of 18 years, with a maximum age limit of 65 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and build trust with clients.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all professional dealings.
- Possession of a valid SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penagihan Intern) card is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Monday through Sunday, with core hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
