Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Logistik Penyaluran to join our dynamic warehouse team in Cikande, West Java. This full‑time position plays a critical role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to our branch offices and distributors on time. The successful candidate will work closely with the logistics coordinator, transport partners, and inventory management system (AX) to keep the flow of goods smooth and efficient. The role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, offering a stable schedule in a fast‑growing logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare goods for shipment by retrieving items from storage, verifying against the picking list, and carefully packing them according to the packing list specifications.
- Load prepared shipments onto the designated expedition fleet, ensuring that each pallet or carton matches the picking documentation and the accompanying surat jalan (delivery order).
- Receive inbound deliveries, conduct thorough checks against the surat jalan, and record any discrepancies during the unload process.
- Transfer inventory from non‑fixed slots to designated fixed slots based on location transfer orders generated in the AX system, maintaining optimal warehouse organization.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including daily pick and pack logs, loading manifests, and inventory adjustment reports.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to identify opportunities for process improvements, such as reducing handling time, enhancing safety protocols, and minimizing errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, up to 35 years of age.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in picking, packing, and documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially the AX inventory management system, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers, supervisors, and internal teams, as well as the ability to produce clear administrative reports.
