Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers, answering product questions and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including regular inventory checks of cash drawer and promotional materials.
- Balance daily sales reports, reconcile cash at the end of each shift, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, activating security systems, and preparing cash deposits.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure smooth flow of customers, restock impulse items near the register, and promote ongoing sales campaigns.
- Utilize basic computer skills to update product information, process loyalty program registrations, and generate sales analytics.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially in high‑traffic periods such as weekends and promotional events.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through regular training sessions and stay updated on new arrivals and pricing changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/D4 preferred for candidates seeking advancement.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger at the time of application.
- Open to all genders; specific preferences may be indicated for balanced staffing.
- Proficiency in operating computers and POS software; basic Excel or data entry skills are a plus.
- Strong work ethic: punctual, disciplined, and serious about delivering quality service.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
