Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager or assistant manager with daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the shop floor and display areas.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular shelf checks, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
- Provide attentive, courteous service to customers, answer product inquiries, and process sales transactions efficiently.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to become a certified cupping therapist, demonstrating confidence when working with blood‑related procedures.
- Support the cupping therapy team during peak periods by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting patients as needed.
- Deliver cupping therapy sessions under supervision, ensuring client safety, comfort, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Work flexible shifts, including morning‑to‑afternoon and afternoon‑to‑evening schedules, to meet store and therapy service demands.
- Represent the brand at external events such as bazaars, pop‑up markets, and community health fairs, helping to promote both retail products and therapeutic services.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, fostering clear communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as per the specific needs of our therapy services.
- No prior experience required; we provide full onboarding and hands‑on training.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information politely and warmly.
- Adaptability to shifting work environments and willingness to learn cupping therapy techniques.
- Excellent teamwork orientation, capable of building positive relationships within and across functional teams.
- Comfortable handling blood‑related procedures and adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work varied shift patterns (07:30 – 21:00).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
