Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Staf Pelayanan Restoran Profesional to join our dynamic front‑of‑house team. The successful candidate will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they step through the door until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate any special dietary requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring overall ambience.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly address concerns, and seek feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist in inventory checks for tableware, napkins, and condiments, and report shortages to the manager.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
- Work flexible shifts from Monday to Saturday, covering the 08:00 – 17:00 schedule, with occasional overtime during special events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in restaurant service or a related hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Strong team‑player who can also operate effectively when working independently.
- Ability to perform under pressure, especially during busy lunch periods.
- Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, including knowledge of menu items and proper serving etiquette.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional weekend or holiday shifts.
