Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Administrator Administrasi Perkantoran to join our dynamic operations team in the Tulungagung/Kediri region. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of documents, invoices, and delivery orders that keep our sales and logistics processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office tools, and capable of handling a fast‑paced office environment while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute surat jalan (delivery orders) to drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Coordinate the issuance and filing of invoices for the sales department, maintaining organized records for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Process payment data received from retail partners, reconciling transactions and updating the financial tracking system.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system—both physical and electronic—for all documents related to invoices, delivery orders, and payment confirmations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide status updates.
  • Prepare routine reports on document flow, invoice aging, and payment status for management review.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new drivers and sales staff by providing them with necessary documentation and procedural guidance.
  • Support ad‑hoc administrative projects, such as process improvement initiatives, data entry tasks, and office supply management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent with a GPA > 7.00.
  • Age: maximum 27–28 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and basic formulas) and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a methodical approach to filing and data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work the shift schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 15:00‑23:00.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Tulungagung or Kediri.
  • Fully vaccinated with a COVID‑19 booster dose.
