Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Cabang Group Lending Kandeman to lead our micro‑finance branch operations in the region. This role is pivotal in driving financial inclusion through tailored lending solutions for small enterprises and individual entrepreneurs at the sub‑district (kecamatan) and village (desa) levels. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with hands‑on experience in micro‑finance, community outreach, and team performance management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑the‑ground surveys and product socialization campaigns across kecamatan and desa to raise awareness of our loan products and corporate values.
- Coordinate and secure meeting schedules with local collection groups (kumpulan), ensuring all engagements adhere to the agreed‑upon timelines and service level agreements (SLA).
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of branch staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide daily forecasts of loan disbursement volumes, partner counts, and financing needs to senior management, supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
- Perform periodic field visits to all registered collection groups to verify compliance, assess credit risk, and gather feedback for product refinement.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly branch reports covering financial performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review key performance indicators, address challenges, and plan upcoming activities.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and repayments, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, risk, and product development teams to tailor offerings that meet the unique needs of rural entrepreneurs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, any study field.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in micro‑finance, small‑business lending, or related financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably in a banking or credit‑cooperative environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities: strong communication, disciplined work ethic, integrity, and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic team leadership.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving licence) for field visits.
