Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staf Pengelolaan Outlet Retail to join our dynamic retail team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in retail operations, where you will be the front‑line ambassador for our brand, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of store cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional service to all customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and offering product recommendations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, including sales performance, cleanliness checks, and any equipment or machine errors, ensuring accurate data for management review.
- Maintain the overall tidiness of the outlet by overseeing floor cleanliness, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring that all promotional materials are correctly placed.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the inventory coordinator.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, which include cash handling, securing the premises, and verifying that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Gender: Male (as specified for this role).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers.
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
- Attention to detail for accurate reporting and meticulous store upkeep.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during promotional periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting of merchandise.
