Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Attendant Wellness Services to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is integral to delivering a seamless guest experience, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay. The position operates on a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts as required by hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and personalized service to all guests, adhering to the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, and maintenance departments to guarantee smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, lounges, and wellness facilities, conducting regular inspections to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, offering recommendations for on‑site amenities and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, including health & safety protocols and emergency response actions.
- Support the achievement of operational targets such as occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and service quality benchmarks.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on service excellence techniques, wellness trends, and language skills.
- Document daily activities and report any irregularities or maintenance needs to the relevant supervisors.
- Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with team members, sharing best practices, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, D3, or S1 (preferably in hospitality, tourism, or related fields).
- Prior experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous, especially in guest services or wellness areas.
- Professional appearance and a polished demeanor.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is a distinct plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of discipline, honesty, responsibility, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated service excellence with a focus on guest satisfaction.
