Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics team. The role focuses on accurate stock management, comprehensive documentation, and seamless coordination of inbound and outbound goods. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a dynamic environment where precision and teamwork are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) to verify system accuracy.
- Enter and update product data in the warehouse management system, ensuring real‑time visibility of inventory levels.
- Record all inbound and outbound transactions, maintaining clear and auditable documentation.
- Prepare and package items for customer orders, adhering to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Word to support operational decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, complying with company SOPs and safety regulations.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma level). Candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) equivalent who are not currently enrolled in another study program are also considered.
- Age limit: maximum 35 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic warehouse administration software.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience (or willingness) to perform stock opname, data entry, and documentation of goods movement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
