Responsibilities
- Conduct field collections by visiting assigned customers in the designated geographic area, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
- Identify overdue accounts, assess the reasons for delinquency, and initiate proactive contact to discuss repayment options.
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or restructuring proposals that align with both the customer’s capacity and Adira’s policies.
- Provide clear explanations of contract terms, interest calculations, and any applicable penalties, while offering practical solutions to resolve disputes.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports documenting visit outcomes, payment receipts, and any follow‑up actions required.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, updating customer status and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with the internal finance and legal teams to escalate complex cases that may require further intervention.
- Monitor and achieve assigned collection targets, contributing to the overall performance metrics of the collections department.
- Stay informed about regional market conditions and local regulations that may affect collection strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in multifinance or banking collections; fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles with strong aptitude.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid SIM C; personal vehicle is mandatory for field assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field and meet strict collection targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Strong analytical ability to assess payment capacity and formulate realistic repayment solutions.
- Familiarity with the local area of deployment, including key routes and community dynamics.
- Proficiency in basic budgeting calculations and the ability to handle cash receipts securely.
