Introduction

We are seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our team as Field Agents (Penagihan/Kolektor Lapangan) for the Ogan Komering Ulu region. This role is a critical front‑line position that directly supports our credit portfolio by ensuring timely repayment of installments, building strong relationships with customers, and representing our brand with professionalism and empathy. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, visiting customer homes, negotiating payment plans, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Visit residential customers within the assigned Ogan Komering Ulu area to conduct face‑to‑face collection activities for overdue loan installments.
  • Maintain a daily visit schedule that aligns with regional traffic patterns and customer availability, ensuring optimal route efficiency.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets by applying persuasive communication techniques, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the company’s CRM system, noting payment commitments, objections, and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Follow the company’s standardized collection procedures, including verification of customer identity, assessment of repayment capacity, and proper handling of sensitive financial information.
  • Provide on‑site assistance to customers who need clarification on loan terms, interest calculations, or repayment options, fostering goodwill and trust.
  • Collaborate with the regional supervisor to report daily outcomes, share field insights, and suggest improvements to collection strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable appearance, carrying a company‑issued ID badge and adhering to safety protocols while on the road.
  • Stay updated on local regulations related to debt collection and ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to sharpen negotiation tactics, conflict resolution, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Paket C).
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Valid and active SIM C (motorcycle) and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
  • Strong familiarity with the Ogan Komering Ulu territory, including local neighborhoods, main roads, and community landmarks.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
  • Basic numeracy and the ability to accurately calculate interest, penalties, and payment schedules.
  • Self‑motivated attitude toward achieving daily and monthly targets; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably 2 + years of experience in field collections or a related sales/credit role; fresh graduates may also apply if they exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
  • Residency within or near the designated placement area, ensuring quick response times to customer visits.
  • Proficiency with mobile data entry tools and willingness to adopt digital reporting platforms.
